Persons holding passports issued by the following jurisdictions do not require a
visa for short visits (30 days) to Indonesia:
Brunei, Chile, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Persons holding passports issued by the following jurisdictions can obtain a Visa On Arrival (VOA):
Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Libya,
Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tunisia, UAE, UK and USA.
The VOA fee is $US25 for the requisite 30 day visa. This visa is not extendable and not convertible
into other types of visas.
Nationalities not listed above must apply
for a visa from the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in, or nearest
to, their country of residence, at least three months ahead of their
intended date of departure.
Important notes:
1 Passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the date of
arrival. 2 Must be in possession of onward or return ticket. 3 Must produce a minimum of US$1,000 in Cash, Travellers
Cheques or a valid major credit card on demand. |
