Slot acceptance closed 31 March 2008.

Regions which failed to respond by then forfeited their slots to other Regions which requested and paid deposits for Extra Slots by the deadline.

We are now operating a Waiting List. If any competitors withdraw from the match, Regions on the Waiting List will be offered those slots on a "first come, first served" basis.

Please note that applications directly from aspiring competitors will not be accepted under any circumstances. All requests must be routed via your Regional Director.

To verify that all of your members have completed their Online Registration, check here. If your Region is not listed, this means some of your members have yet to register.

NATIONAL/REGIONAL FLAGS: Regional Directors are reminded to bring or send three flags, each measuring 1m to 1.2m on the longest side. These should be given to the Secretariat as soon as possible after arrival in Bali.
