IROA Officials who've been notified by email from IROA HQ they've been selected to work WSXV, are required to be on the ground in Bali, ready to work, on 20 October 2008. Note that your complimentary hotel accommodation first becomes available on 20 October, with the final evening being 2 November 2008.

IROA Officials are billeted at the Kuta Paradiso Hotel and, as usual, rooms have been reserved on a twin-share basis. However if you and another IROA Official wish to share the same room, one of you should complete the form below by 30 May 2008, failing which the Secretariat will allocate room sharing.

Similarly, if you'd prefer your own room, and you're willing to pay for half the cost of the room (US$40 per night) for the duration of your stay, check the appropriate box below. In any case, the cost of incidentals are always for your own account.

Note that if you do not advise us of your arrival details, we cannot meet you at the airport on arrival or transfer you to your hotel.

Note that this page is to be used exclusively in respect of room sharing. If you intend to shoot the Pre-Match, you must also complete the Online Registration form, so that we can arrange for your Import Permit and so on.

Moreover, by clicking the Submit button below, I also indemnify and hold harmless IPSC and all it's Officers, all organisations affiliated to IPSC and all their Officers, IPSC Indonesia and all it's Officers (including all managers, employees, contractors, agents and servants), and all other persons or entities directly or indirectly involved in organisation of the Match, in respect of all and any delay, loss, damage, accident, injury, disability or death suffered by me, and/or any other person accompanying me, arising for any reason, while travelling to or from Indonesia, and while in Indonesia.
